Frage von mikeymike:Before the storm of indignation about Encore DVD befall me, please answer the following question:
Is it possible in Encore CS3 multiple subtitle (en fr and in my case) create (that I know ...) and at the same time show can be synonymous?
If I create two different tracks, I can unfortunately only one track at once to activate / show, either en or fr.
I did as a temporary solution only a trace UT created the German version in row 1, the French version in row 2 gekloppt, and the French words in this case italics. (... What Encore after saving the file zerschießt, and the German synonymous words in italics sets.)
I hope you can help me, have since the horrific Encore 1.5 Project no longer geauthored ...
Thank you,
mikeymike
Antwort von MK:
Two subtitle tracks simultaneously show is unfortunately not possible (is not synonymous with other software, it is in the DVD standard is simply not provided).
Must really because both subtitles are displayed at the same time, or might well be a choice in the main menu displayed what subtitle track to be an alternative?
Manually editing the subpicture in external programs would evenuell a (complicated) possibility, but would leave the frame of each contribution forums explode.

Good idea, with the subpicture - werd 'I remember (in case that the day 30h has ;-)).
Another remark: with PowerDVD (eg version 6.0) can be two subtitles at the same time can show. (This was of Cyberlink, but only as "created").

Okay, I am yesterday evening for DVD Studio Pro decided. Although had never been done but what was still clear after 5 minutes ...
The following is happening:
Encore has the coding operation, and reported that my subtitle track "too complex" to be, probably because I Regular ne and ne have used italics.
In DVD Studio Pro is not a problem ...
Nevertheless, many thanks for your help!
