Hello,
I aim for a performance of an acquaintance of your children dance studio and film from the material to create a DVD. This DVD will then return for a small fee to participants or their parents and relatives to purchase will be offered so that a permanent reminder s.den appearance have. Since my friend's budget is already ausgereitzt would like it to me not the entire DVD's to buy and then arrange for the sale, but thought that I could directly s.die DVD's prospective sale. Now I am a student and not as a video production company, etc. registered.
Therefore, I have no idea whether I, as a private individual on such a DVD should offer to purchase. In addition, I would be interested, as in this case with copyright, or GEMA, etc. looks like ... My friend has, of course, for all the songs GEMA paid. Do I need when I make a film event (and sell the DVD), whose music already dealt with GEMA and paid for, again GEMA pay? Or what problems might otherwise have to send me (personality rights, copyrights ,...)?
I would be informed of any info very happy because I all quite stomach pain, but my friend's desire not refuse synonymous want ...

You pay no "again", but only for the respective rights of use (in this performance, but not copying and resale). Look at times the point 4 in the linked section. That should be your concern pretty much taken.
