Yes, what is called for even 30-fold ... From what Focal go out? A camcorder with zoom factor 10 may be more in the telephoto range, with a 30-fold.
Sometimes, the manufacturer (fudged) focal length in comparison to small-Still image. The best I test in the store.

Sorry if we disappoint you, but you can not film in the dark. Not even with the best Digibeta and 60 db you get as a great Picture.

Would of course, a DIY solution: night vision device with flanged camcorder. Tripod not forget!
