I want to export as individual frames of a DVD Stillbilder.
How do I make the most Lossless?
I have Premiere and Photoshop, but does not know if these are the right tools.

Use any software DVD player. The s.einfachsten and can just as well as Premiere.

OK, I have the original material is now demuxes with Premiere and exported as individual bitmaps. This I can now edit in Photoshop. Looks pretty good so far, but I am still excited about the paper statements.
But do not know if this is the best quality way. If someone has a better idea, I am very grateful.
Quality of bitmaps: 888 x 480 pixels 1.2 MB

As already indicated, with soft-nem ala dvd player power dvd simply make nen "screenshot" so this ends up in the clipboard and then in photoshop, or otherwise can be processed where ...
auflösungstechnisch will be able to get not much more, because the dvd nunmal or subject to the standards ntsc pal, I'd say;)

Very good is synonymous with the ChapEditGFD the program, which is included in "GUI for dvdauthor. You can also download it separately synonymous:

This enables it to extract the images as they actually exist.
