Hi,
Beginners have in terms of video. I Have Magix Video Deluxe 2006 plus increased and now wants to create frames from my video to edit and add to individual images in jpeg format. How do I do this.

quite simple:
desired scene (frame dial), then "Alt + N" (for JPG) or "Alt + M" (for BMP)
That's all.
Is synonymous "File / Export Movie / individual frame as a BMP ... .... JPG
One possibility is the next option as a result of video frames "(Alt + V), under" Advanced "you are open to all possibilities!

Through the movement of the images seen in the film much better than they actually are as an individual.
If you are interested can, with the freeware tool to improve QE (allegedly) the quality, I've not yet tried.
