Frage von Cam-Noobie:Hi folks. I'm new here and I've logged in the hope that someone mercy in spite of the countless "buying referral thread" I have.
I have a probably quite old DX95E JVC MiniDV camcorder. Unfortunately, this damage (you should never borrow something) and can no longer record videos. Since the repair probably will not be cheap, I would like to alternate with new instruments auseiandersetzen. I have the JVC so far only for amateur recordings of sporting events and other simple private recordings and was really happy with the result. Claim was synonymous but not too high ...
Now I plan to increasingly smaller videos (3-10 minutes in length) in order to rotate them on the web for further processing. Main use will be a video such as Youtube, in my case, product videos for an online shop. Here is more on content and faster loading than on crisp HD images. Obviously, a certain quality level already be there but I do not need a high-end.
For me is very important that I watch the videos is very easy on the PC can without rumzuhantieren with different media. The MiniDV cassettes with the outward-and-Her coils, etc. were already in long bissel annoying videos. Therefore, when I browse the interesting ggf HDD Cams discovered it so synonymous quite cheap there - but no idea if the makes sense for my purposes. Another very important point is the data - on the one hand, the videos of course, be edited (eg text to include declarations etc) and secondly it is obviously synonymous to a format s.Ende what everyone can see it well and no specific code or player needs .
Of course, last but not least, synonymous price of a role. Since the main purpose of these little videos will remain synonymous, I would not spend enormous sums - would be eh zZt not in the budget there.
Any advice would be appreciated since I since I had the JVC is no longer with the market and have dealt with "horror" see what it had to because everything is there now ... ;-)
Thank you in any case in advance!
Regards
Thomas

So I have a second camera for recording a side
SonyDCR-PC 330 E
Generell ist aber Youtube no preference ob Du nun HD oder SD Qualität hochlädst.
Möchtest Du also was für die Zukunft haben empfiehlt sich vielleicht direkt die Anschaffung einer HD Cam zB. Canon HV20 / HV30.
Wünsch was MfG

Hello and thank you for the interesting design. But has a few questions:
1) Why is the HDD Cam not recommended? Because of the Internet, according to reports, more difficult handling of the video, or because of what? Really a shame if it would be - as had been the best idea how easy it by HDD cams will .... :-(
2) If because my JVC said generally more "timely" in Resolutionetc? Such things as 30x zoom etc are used for this current is not important ... Because the JVC should still be OK, I should at least times an estimate pick ... I'm just so far assumed that it is outdated technique.
Thanks again
Antwort von B.DeKid:
1: Yes because of the editing, correctly .... Hard Drive with recordings such as rewarding a FireStore solution but are too expensive for the amateur filmmaker.
Zu2: Na 30x zoom you need anyway ;-) A cost estimate, you can always seek. Sorry diie know your data is not JVC.
I referred to my statement, which is transferred to the JVC uses the tapes which, at least with SD bands should work perfectly. On the other hand, with HD tapes may not go, do not have a HD cam and could never test whether HD Mini DV tapes recorded on an SD camcorder on play / can transmit? -)
Antwort von Bernd E.:
... if you recorded HD Mini DV tapes on your camcorder via an SD play / can transmit ... Does not.

I have now again on the Web made clever. Unfortunately too late ... Apparently there were some JVC models with a faulty chip and suddenly the error occurs on that one only "black" looks to the Cam and the error "Lens Cap" reports synonymous if these were obviously decreased. According to another forum was to end at JVC 07 to grace repaired (but probably very arbitrary). Cost estimates are as of from about 200 ¬ ... :-(
Raises the question: Is it worth it?
For Professionals times a link to the technical data of the Cam. Maybe someone can tell me yes if he "totally" outdated technology is here in comparison to the recommended device or if you already have so what reality is:

Thank you in advance for the help!
What interested me even more: For what reason would be because the very cheap camcorder in the range of 200-300 ¬ NOT recommended? If one as it looks through the shops you can find so much in the price range. ¬ 500 is actually me for this purpose too much small
Antwort von Bernd E.:
... According to another forum was to grace repair cost estimates ... ... ca ¬ 200 ... worth it? ... I would first look at JVC ask whether a repair on grace is still possible. If not and costs around 200 euros for you zukämen, it would be my opinion but probably still worthwhile.
Why? The JVC camcorder in this class were always more in the shadow of Sony, Panasonic and Canon, but poor equipment, there were certainly not. With your targeted application so you can sleep in proper lighting for sure because you should not hide behind new JVC camcorders this price range need to hide (which usually also have tiny sensors and need lots of light). On the contrary: If the technical data linked to vote, the DX95 and AV-in as synonymous DV - In - both of you with current Einsteigercamcordern probably search in vain.
