Hi have a 12 GB video about 1h 10 of minutes of the Panasonic gs 500 and it wants to process with Magix! Can there but you can not burn to DVD because it's too big! I can make it smaller so that I can get, and synonymous to edit! s.besten with very little quality loss! schonmal thank you in advance

If you've recorded the video of the camera, it is usually as a DV-AVI before (it would fit in as synonymous to your file size). The data is available on DVD in mpeg2 format. That means you can post your video as Avi in any editing program to edit your choice and then have to subsequently convert into mpeg2 format. DAs can be synonymous various editing programs or specialized conversion tools. With a certain loss of quality but that is always connected. This is, however, consider using a good conversion programs (eg TMPGENC) in very tolerable dimensions.
