Attached is a file with the discs to date and their status s.license free

free license only if we can guarantee that no one should try to bill you for
those songs. None of our songs should be billed for, though, for usage.
You do not need to pay GEMA for using any of our songs, regardless of which list they are on. However, they already know not to bill you for the songs that are listed as "license free". It's the other ones they may hassle you about.
I have worked with several customers in Germany and Austria and have
Fought successfully each bill the customer has received from GEMA. But of course we can not guarantee that they will not demand payment in the future, even if they know they should not.
We will help you in any way we can should you receive a bill from GEMA
regarding our music usage.

I took a few months ago the software Sonic Fire and corresponding CDs (lt SmartSound "lizensfrei world") were purchased.
There is the list posted here in the SmartSound distinguishes between 'LICENSE FREE "and" NOT FREE LICENSE MAY INCUR BILLING ", but also on their website each CD label.
And s.diesem I synonymous oriented, while the purchase of the CDs.
Now I have found to my horror, that this list is not with the info on the website match!

Currently I stand straight with SmartSound in a rain-mail contact.
Reason:
A piece of music, according to SmartSound lizensfrei world was at my request as GEMA lizenspflichtig classified!
I am so frustrated, because I really had big trouble, just to avoid this.
SmartSound has given me the Lizensfreiheit again confirmed, but would be a very difficult GEMA "business", and ultimately I would carry minimal risk.
GEMA SmartSound lt would not be entitled to make claims, nor would it ever be paid Lizensgebühren s.die of GEMA in Germany has come!
At my request has SmartSound with GEMA, in conjunction set - the answer is still pending.
