I'm looking for a streaming software, which Powerpoint and TV cards support. In addition, a ticker on the eigendlich representable his videos.

I would with the Windows Media Encoder and the PresenterLive do. The Windows Media Encoder takes care of the video and the (prepared) Werbeeinbledungen. The PPT slides sends Presenter - in a separate window, if that is what you are looking for ...
