I cut with sony vegas 10, a video that lasts about 35 minutes in the videos are of my Panasonic AVCHD 1080p 300 series but when I go in Sony ... under Disk Tools
applying burn gives me Sony ... Vob files from 3 to 1024 MB and why not a file with 3 or almost 4 GB.

If you want a single file, then you have to export via "File".
A DVD is accessible from multiple files. Your Vegas has exported the standard-compliant files that you only have to burn a video DVD.
