Frage von Karl1604:Hello Slashcam,
my Problemis following and maybe you can help mi. Ch I have a Medion MD97400 laptop with WIN XP SP2. On this notebook I have my Sony270e with the original Sony Firewire cable connected, but I had an adapter of 6 to 4. Only the Sony was not detected because the driver was missing. After seeing the Drivers of the SonyPage runtergeladen had found it once good. Sony has been detected and the hardware installation started normally. At the end but then came the error message that an error has occurred and the hardware can not be used. Who can give me hints or clues? Gruß Karl

Although this is gratifying, however, surprised me somewhat, because connected via firewire cameras do not require drivers. What exactly is because Sony has available for download at?

Hello Bernd, I was honestly a bit surprised synonymous, because s.meinem normal PC it works without problems. But perhaps the more help you provide additional information: Actually, I wanted to use my webcam Sonyals and had me the USB drivers of the SonyPage loaded the notebook as the drivers themselves did not have. The download and installation went without problems. After rebooting, I have Sonyans notebook and it has been recognized as new hardware. The driver, I then examined, he was found and it was next. Shortly before then concluded an error message that the hardware could not be installed and it was the error code 39 called. Well and now I do not know next. Gruß Karl
