Hello
I get so slow nen Hals. Yesterday evening I had peeped 4stunden long in the Internet and checked how it works. Have I then thought synonymous, which they had for everything I need so synonymous. But I do not get out. I have 2 TV cards trying one of Phillip with an integrated modem (aldi PC) and even a graphics card with VIVO so video and video out (gforce 3ti500). I've installed all the drivers. But I still get no picture!? I think I have it connected properly synonymous. I tried it with ulead video studio and virtual dub, with only two coming snow. I know what channel I have not synonymous einsttellen make it work. So now I ask one or more can help me. bittteeeee ....

1gig ram
320 gig hdd
one gforce 3 Ti500 (has VIVO)
and one sapphire x1600pro (which has only one tv out)

Is that enough?

A video signal is not feed you can easily input into a TV.
The TV input video signal is sent, ie a mix of high-frequency carrier signal and video signal (and audio). The TV tuner card on the TV out of this mix is only the "pure" video signal is extracted. Feedin you the TV tuner with a pure video signal that can begin to do with it, because it is built on a completely different Freqenzbereich.
In earlier times one could get video of the camera manufacturers so-called RF modulators. These modulators have the HF hinzugemixt portion of the video signal and you could then connect the camera s.TV tuner (antenna connector "s.TVs and VCRs).
There are synonymous TV cards (and graphics cards) to an extra video input (Video - In) have and will bypass the signal path through the TV tuner. Synonymous, there you could connect directly to a camera.
When only "snow" coming that is for me a sign that the video - used as a recording source, but in the TV-in.
The selection of the desired input one must usually themselves on the recruitment side of the drivers or application software to make the map.

There is already implicit times good.
Have you installed for the Nvidia gforce 3 Ti500 WDM Capture Drivers of the CD (or download of the web site www.nvidia.com drivers => Multimedia = ...> WDM Drivers => Geforce 3rd .. or http://www.nvidia.com/object/wdm_geforce2-fx_2.26.html) ? When properly installed with the VirtualDub should be under File-> Capture AVI-> Device to be visible and selectable.
