Her since my last hope had been with Sony for over an hour but the phone who knew nothing at all and in the large, or rather I could not help next.

Have the SONY DSR-HC42E Handycam and have the software Picture Package 1.5 (included) on my
Pc SonyVAIO not installed. The super Progmme work the only problem is it my burner (NEC ND-3540) is unknown. I checked already in the list and where he stands as a compatible burner inside.
Again, very simple:
Click on the program Picture Package 1.5 Videos and pictures on VCD burning, and then CD-R stands appeal to the target drive, but I do not find it. Then I wanted to enter the destination drive manual and find taking options, but there is the drop-down "target drives" not a single drive.

Hello,
Go to the homepage of the software and there are 2 updates for the Version1.5. A download function, and then the calculator should recognize your CD drive. So it was with me. However, I can not select DVD burn!?
