Hi folks,
I am urgently looking for a workshop manual (user manual, I), a link to download an information or from that manual.
When I SonyDCR-PC110E flashing triangle with stroke and including C: 31:10.
The current user manual of the Sony website says about this: on the surface of the tape, through user-repairable errors, remove tape.
I would very gladly do so synonymous, but in the same manual is NOT describe how to remove the tape if it can, for example in error C: 31:10 by the software blocked. Reset press helped unfortunately not.
For other SonyCamcordern the tip, where then the battery pack and remove the button cell built for a few minutes to take out, but I think the DCR-PC110E no button cell.

Hello, just take the tape from the camcorder, the tape has nothing to do with the electronics of the camcorder to do so.

If I could be the tape out, I would take to do this, but unfortunately this is how I am familiar with ALL camcorders one by the electronics-driven process.
The manual says to me: "take the tape out";
electronics acknowledged the request but eject the tape and squeak with the above error message!
Therefore I need the info from the workshop manual, as I still get out the tape. Or. whether there is a button cell there and how to expand, because it is in other Sony devices, part of the solution they proposed route.

Battery a few days.
Then flip to Power OFF, Battery clean, damper and open (with no more than 50/50 does then the mechanics again, the tape auswirft!
Sorry, a better tip, I can not give you, because Sony has always yes!
However, a radio / TV technician for "old" style, with knowledge of the latest devices, possibly synonymous help.
