Hello,
I am an absolute novice in the field of video and PC have :-) and the following problem: I purchased my Pinnacle Studio10 including PCI card, installed it and everything installed. This map has (of course) a Firewire port. So far so good .... BUT:
I just can not, that I receive any signal from the camera about it. With the analog input works, but ne superschlechte quality.
I've already read that it can be s.XP and SP2 ..... but in Explorer I find the camera, so I am completely baffled.
I hope for your (preferably fast) help, because I s.WE nen agility to film tournament .....

I've already read that it can be s.XP and SP2 ... In this case, but trying times, to capture with WinDV. If that is not synonymous, there is every reason to WinXP/SP2-Problematik.

So now I'm again nen little rumprobiert .... my Studio10 does not recognize my camera as a digital, but only as an analogy! It's impossible at all :-(((

That would be a new SP2 error - if the problem has to do with SP2. My tip: Save an image of uninstalling SP2 and try again. So you think you all options are open including return. ;-)

With WinDV it works but ..... Also, I can not uninstall SP2 because it is in the XP version was already on it :-(
Yesterday I've reinstalled again Studio 10, not have a chance :-(

Had you perhaps opportunity to take time to install an additional Firewire port (IEEE1394, PCI card)?
Otherwise, I find synonymous (again) of anything that could be tried ...

The video runs only in RealPlayer, accurate, or synonymous in your video editing program? If there is only s.Player: What interests you the opinion of the Real Player? ;-)
