Hello,
I have a Sony camcorder DCR-TRV145E and the following problem.
For some time I can neither record nor play. Immediately after power is error message C: 31:23 appears. I did receive an increase Reinigungskasette, but this helped only a short time. The description is that the error itself is to fix (remove battery, open Kassetttenfach). This has sometimes worked, but now goes no more.
How can we solve the problem?

if the instructions in the procedure does not solve the problem, then this is a case for the service.
