the Memory Stick can be used for storing of digital photos. Many a camcorder can be synonymous to a short video scenes in lesser Resolutionspeichern. The latter is more a gimmick than a useful feature.

Sorry, maybe got the wrong model, the HC has 17 no memory slot.
Yes there are the normal and the smaller Memory Stick Duo.
The current is called Pro (normal like duo) and creates so well about 4 MB of read / write - but on some models is just over 4 years not only mean the old Memory Stick (synonymous normal / Duo) and is designed for really for older cameras - to cope with the non-pro, so just under 1 MB sec read / write speed.
For the experts gibts then the high speed with 70 Mbits / sec - about 10 MB / sec synonymous normal size / Duo
The small is often in Videocam's SonyEriccson Handy's or small digicam SonyT eg series. The normal in larger digicam Sony's W series eg.
