Hello, I would like to see a PMW-EX1 and borrow but would like to directly on the computer record. What is everything erforlderlich? So what kind of cable is needed and what kind of input is needed for the notebook?

As you are probably not a HD-SDI interface s.Notebook did, you still only the Firewire interface. The returns, however, a maximum of 1440x1080 at 50i or 25p with 4:2:0 sampling - that is, a Comparison of the abilities of the camera rather poor resolution.

... I think the thread starter has not necessarily to the most expensive solution. Presumably it was the SxS cards is too expensive (even in the rent) and therefore it has a different way of recording with the EX1. Correct?

A "retrofit" of the HD-SDI connector via PC-Card, for instance, is not possible or randomly? Suppose I would be on the 16GB SxS card and then only on a laptop to play on how long this would take because (the dubbing). I think I could live with if I after 1 hour of rotation for 10 minutes pause dubbing would make. Will not only that the dubbing operation too resides.
Can I do while I'm at least on the SxS card to show me the picture at the same time on the notebook screen output?
