Hello,
I try a desperate SonyUVW-1400 recorder s.einem Avid Liquid per system to operate. About the input I can LIVE material components and off.
The system in operation but as a beta machine always "device not ready" and recognize the device via the RS 422 does not control.
It is synonymous no matching template in the list, but there is one for the UVW-1800. Is the control of the machines are so different?
Or is the error s.anderer body? I would be very happy if someone could give a tip.

No wonder, because the UVW-1400 has no RS-422-interface, only one RS-232. There is the possibility of CNAC later with the 9-pin interface retrofit, but I doubt that with the so-called RS-422-retrofitting a frame accurate insert is possible.
The UVW-1800, however, is with the standard RS422 interface.
