Frage von Jule_G:Hello,
Unfortunately I am not as versed in matters of expression. I have a 15 min Videofile what I between 30 to 40 times a 5 second wav file would like to play. This, however, always separately in the timeline of the composition, I prefer to be honest too expensive. I have all the time codes of the bodies s.dem the sound I want to play. Unfortunately, I do not know how I should proceed. Basically I am looking for a kind of event-dealer, if I seconds $ x had reached $ y play sound from. Could I have a second composition with the soundfile create and via these expressions to the respective time code of the main compositional call?
Example:
if (time ==((( 0) * 60) +5)) (play soundfile or soundfilekomposition? )
if (time ==((( 0) * 60) +10)) (play soundfile or soundfilekomposition? )
if (time ==((( 0) * 60) +44)) (play soundfile or soundfilekomposition? )
Is it not feasible, or if so, how specifically would an example look at this to realize, if I for example at 5, 10 and 44 seconds the sound wants to play.
I thank you in advance,
Gruß,
Jule
Antwort von Mylenium:
Is not easy. Sound is not a property, but audio-visual content, and the only times you can now plug massage. High time you could use remapping, but there is no need to expressions and the sound quality - well, AE is not a sound program.

Hello,
thanks for the reply. I just thought that it is probably a very simple thing would be the one After Effects can say with time code XYZ start an animation or an Avi Wav, just imported AV content.

Na is generally already, but just things that are synonymous parameters, ie in the case as the time code for time-remapping or volume. In your case, but still cumbersome, as the manual placement of clips, so that you are doing nothing well. And as I said - there is only linear AE sound samples, the risk of tin sound when something rather large.
