At what point in the workflow, I can probably have eingehandelt?
DV input with APE 3.0.
APE in the timeline, I see s.and to duplicate frames.
I give the result as an AVI out and look at it in VirtualDub,
the duplicate frames are partially no longer be seen.
The same phenomenon recently when I saw someone who has a different editing program had used.
At what point is there what went wrong?

Hmmm - vmtl. you have a PAL video into an NTSC timeline laid.
Order of 25 to 30 B / s to come then every 5th Picture duplicated.
Pure conjecture.

Original clip loaded into VirtualDub displays these dual frames are not.
Everything is PAL.
The selected frames are repetitions of the preceding.

Have all the rendered preview files.
Then open the project again and re-rendered synonymous.
The first attempt was with a non-specific error.
At the 2nd Attempt to render ran through.
Duplicate frames I no longer found.
