Frage von sebastian12:Hello, I am just here to finish my snowboarding video.
My Software to Create DVD is Encore.
Now my problem, the basic data are DV Avi (Dreichip) filmed in frame mode. Please no discussion about the frame mode, I like the look better.
The problem with Encore I want to achieve the best possible quality, the point to many image changes, pans, etc. If pull halt nen sports film.
As the whole of the mass (approximately 400-800) will be burned DVD's pressed / I want to create a master for copying work.
Should I stay with Encore, the purpose of the codecs used, what settings are there s.besten as I stop to reach the best quality.
The reason, although I am a long time cinematographer, but I've never been great with the rest working on our team and the man who has cared about is no longer there.
Please give me a reasonable answer, if it is only of people who really know. Not meant unkindly, but it is short.
Thanks to you.
Gruß Sebastian

I do not know Encore.
To create a master, I use Canopus ProCoder 2 with the default settings, an alternative is Cinema Craft Encoder.
Antwort von Sebastian12:
The alternative is just under 350, - Euro cheaper ... it is synonymous much worse?

Hi
cheaper ... it is synonymous much worse? If you want to save, look at the time synonymous with Procoder Express. MW offers the iW the same quality as its more expensive brother, only a few parameter settings.

If you want to save, look at the time synonymous with Procoder Express. With whom I am very satisfied. Source material is BetaSP. He is said to have interlaced according to my former research on the Web with particular strengths. This here is probably not before (if I as a progressive frame mode correctly understand)

Thanks again for the info.
Yes is a progressive, I think I'll try.
