Hi All,
I have recently gained my HF10 camcorder, and with this one can make during the filming still images.
Jatzt I stopped everything and have something filmed the 'Photo' button pressed. It briefly shows a little green, tiny window in the monitor. Done.
The film is there. But: where is my picture?
Perhaps I have misunderstood something synonymous.
I think, or thought I could make during the filming synonymous photos.
But that probably does not seem to be the case (according to me scouring the posts here in the forums, but unfortunately have not found an answer to my question.) Unfortunately,
I would be glad if I could help someone.

On the instructions I gave myself. There is even explain how it should go. Only for me it does not work.
And the pictures are not in the internal memory or on SD Card.

... for me it does not work ... And you are sure you have this feature enabled in the menu synonymous? The factory setting for the simultaneous still image recording is apparently set to "Off".

As described on p. 72 of the manual, I switched on before my tests, the Stehbildanzeige and then size and quality specified.
Also I do not have digital and / or effect on, because then the Stillimage function does not work.
Even in the PDF manual I scoured all the places with the keyword "Stillimage" somewhere, if I get a crucial clue.
But found nothing.
Support of Canon I have now synonymous sent an inquiry to whether they can help me.
What irritates me: what I want to tell the little, green, tiny rectangle on the Montor when I press the button during the shooting 'Photo'? As though something needs to happen?

Was on vacation, so now the only edition.
Canon, I have received a message shortly before the start of the holiday:
You have the Photo button down on long, then appears in front of the green rectangle, a white arrow. And then Stillimage is created.
And reviewed: it goes!
