I'd like to ask what graphics card and software I need for the following Project:
I want a live video with graphic elements and then the TV-out in real time to spend so much as it did with TV stations such as running into the scriptures with Picture mixed.

Now laughs times properly: if it's PC to be and they are simple graphics that could be synonymous a Fast Movie Machine II good services. To that end, the PC, however, run under Windows 98 ....
Otherwise you can synonymous with Amigas (a calculator is synonymous) graphics in a Picture Show.
If there is a current PC, it would be really interesting G2. But this is no cheap solution.
Why must a calculator in Echtrzeit issue? It could be synonymous a normal TV-out of a computer with a video mixer to the Picture Show.
