Frage von Ficeduld:Hello Forum
My first post here .... ask for forbearance.
I make short films, 16:9 for the web and on to DVD (SD).
Films currently with GS400, VdL cut with the 2007th
I would be interested in your opinion.
Does it make sense now more than a "prosumer" SD cam such as the VX2100 to purchase? Or rather an HDV model and render s.Schluss on SD?
Or even wait for solid state AVCHD recorder as the next AG HMC150?
Regards
Fice

The NV-GS 400 makes very nice pictures, certainly not super-high-quality, but worth their price.
I would next work with her, or possibly switch to HDV and SD runterskalieren. With the 400, this is not really necessary.
Otherwise: If the course 2100er better.
Antwort von minidv:
No, not the 2100th The filming in 4:3.
Antwort von tommyb:
Actually. Then more the PD170.
Antwort von Bernd E.:
... not the 2100th The filming in 4:3 ... ... Then the more PD170 ... If you the 16:9-mode do not like the VX2100, the PD170 will you just love: The two cameras are synonymous in this point identical.

Well, from your post that I schliesse PD170 / VX2100 but have a 16:9 mode,
However tommyb MiniDV and seem to suggest that there is only 4:3 ... or have I misinterpreted that?
Well yes is synonymous not so important .. tommyb as synonymous rather I was considering proposing a switch to HDV.
This is just confusing s.verschiedenen places that you already get the impression: HDV is dead?
Antwort von robbie:
The two cameras have a 4:3 chip, but can be synonymous in 16:9 mode. It is therefore a slightly blurring detailärmeren and Picture in 16:9.
About This Picture can now argue, I think it is absolutely ok and usable, and by subsequent compression (DVD, DVB ,...) would be synonymous with any camera that details are lost.

This is just confusing s.verschiedenen places that you already get the impression: HDV is dead? The SonyDVs have "true" 16:9 (anamorphic), but no 16:9 chip, therefore, still resolution losses.
HDV tempted by anamorphic recording (1440 instead of 1920) Full HD is not that compression is not as favorable as AVCHD. At the moment however there is in the medium price range ... now, yes.
And the Mpeg2 HDV is for SD DVD (synonymous Mpeg2) as made.

Okay, so far as clear, thank you.
How appreciative of her life HDV Ein? The next few years still in the race?

Antwort von tommyb:
Why not?
- HD formats in real time which can edit without transcoding and Monster PC
- Very cheap, thanks to MiniDV cassettes
- For most spectators was enough Resolutionbetrifft
On the other hand, would speak no more than that tapeless cameras are coming with them and most likely the future belongs. However, I see no problem in a co-existence.
If you have not before now for the BBC or any other "major" HD channels to rotate, then HDV, in my view completely.
Antwort von Markus:
How appreciative of her life HDV Ein? HDV is it exactly to 21 March 2011 indicate. Then the tapes from the shelves of dealers cleared, so that with existing HDV equipment is no longer able. There is a cassette-contingency on which the industry is no longer able to respond adequately, because the production facilities were already demolished. MiniDV tapes are in short supply, it creates a mood and the black market prices explode. The latter is known already from petrol. ;-)
Attention, all just a joke.
Antwort von jazzy_d:
So long as SonyandCanonwith new Semi-Pro with HDV, I would get out I have absolutely no worry about HDV. Only in the consumer sector makes AVCHD ever wider, although exactly in this area, the post is highly questionable. Not every petrol normal consumer always has the latest Quad. But in the consumer sector should be so synonymous just 10-20% of users ever want to edit. Take HDV and HDV movies in the you can next to the SD distribution anytime synonymous an HD version of it. And since mpeg2 still synonymous in BD standard, is synonymous HDV wonderfully for BD.

What a nonsense. My Diesel comes from the 5,000-liter tank in the basement.
