Hello,
would probably soon be working with Edius, I know the program but not yet. Is there a useful function to convert to 30fps (HD / SD) to 25, eg. for Pal-DVD from 720p material with 30fps, or 30fps VGA? Found here in the forum so far only the tips of the avisynth-script, or NTSC DVD-Tip.
Since the entire current cheap 720p30 Cams synonymous usually have a composite-out including conversion to Pal, I wonder exactly synonymous, such as making the internal well. Had recently looked at times as an HD downconverter to S-Video, the synonymous accepted without quirks 720p30, and converted it into the finest ruckzug PAL. Is it by hardware easier / better than possible in software? Pure converter as standard hardware do seem to have become synonymous quite affordable.

Even (ntsc - pal conversion) - but most of all I would like a Picture of the Aiptek HD cameras Class (eg Kodak Zx1 seems. Getting to be quite ok) on a PAL DVD, and previously possible with other things, 25p Cut-HD or SD material. The HD cameras, this is indeed 720p with most 30fps/Hz /.... The Zx1 can even 60p, but probably does not help next synonymous.
And I would have just s.liebsten, Edius would somehow provide straightforward, therefore the question of experience with it.
Why is it really simple by hardware, or may be what makes the converter does not emulate in software?
