Basically, geht das
If you're playing the MPEG2 video on a PC and a TV-OUT graphics card to give to the TV, you can fine-tune the image position in the graphics card driver.
Alternatively you can from the MPEG2 video into a video capture program, then shrink resize () or the positionner move and then re-encode as MPEG2 video.
If it is connectable DVD subtitle, you can use the Subtitle stream from the DVD Subtitle stripping and trying a new stream with new position and to create the video / audio stream to mix that is making a new DVD.
The difficulty of the three solutions corresponds to the-to-hear-but-spanish-in ;-)
Good luck

Thanks for the tips: D
I will then try the second time to move with the "resize /".
Just hope that the DVD authoring tool, the modified Mpeg2 s.nimmt then file with the changed resolution. So I erstmal test.
thx
Antwort von Stefan:
The Resolutionbzw. Image size of the composition you must not change! The remains fixed at 720x576.
But you can count on the video image s.sich small and reinsetzen in the 720x576 composition. And left / right / up creates more synonymous with shrinking margin. Resize is not highly recommended because you need deinterlacing or because the editing program, the auto makes.
You can synonymous hochrücken the video image in the composition of a few lines. Ideally, an even number of rows because of the interlace. If your editing program is good, you get a better result than in the resize. Of course, you lose what see above screen.
Good luck
