dv mpeg or avi?
such already somehow for 1 hour at google but can not easily get ...

DV digital video via FireWire with 25 Mbps data transfer rate
this is the digital data stream, the Cameo is generated when you enter an analog signal.
Firewire to take over your DV editing application and you compress with its proper codec into a corresponding data (files) - format.
Usually this is AVI - but it comes to software. Multi-use interface solutions specifically developed for or adapted codecs.
