Incidentally, the z600, you can make adjustments in the menu at -2 to +2 EV of the Aperture eg for backlighting. Perhaps the z700 synonymous?
With EDIUS 5.1 can be relatively easily edit the material on NTSC.

We have the camera now, of course, is no longer here to check again to make it, but have again checked in the manual, there is the EV-function: "If you enable this setting, you can take pictures with a dark background.
