Another use for the DeckLink HD Extreme is the Green Screen / Blue Screen Studio. In many cameras can be derived from the SDI output of the cam images with higher sampling and / or higher color depth off. Thus, just when keying on the part of the bad compression Cams waived.

I can only purchase from the Blackmagic products advise.
Black Magic has until now not managed Drivers for Premiere CS4 available.
If one considers that in about 6 months CS5 and then comes back 6 months on the Blackmagic drivers have to wait if there is any, can the card is not recommended.
I'm very annoyed.

Heinz There's Black Magic, but not alone. Many plugins are still not for CS4, including Gridiron Nucleo Pro.
I think we should because the error not only in Black Magic, but rather at Adobe. If Adobe really have 6 months to offer a new version (no update), which I strongly doubt, many manufacturer no longer to comply with program updates.
Last but not least, you should use the DeckLink HD Extreme features synonymous according to the judge that you was built primarily, and this is about capturing the nunmal SDI in Final Cut and not the acceleration in Premiere.

Of course, it is no excuse, however, I think CS4 is not yet long enough in the market than is the behavior of Black Magic as "abandon" might designate.
I work regularly with agencies and very few have been converted to the CS4. And last but not least are Final Cut and Avid is still a lot more widespread than first.
If you do not meet the product is your decision, Black Magic can not make everyone happy.
