Hello,
a video editing program can bring the functionality required for such movements to realize. To view the templates required to create, you can use any of the Titles or you use an image editing program that is synonymous supports transparent backgrounds.
The better way would be to use a Compositingsoftware required for such a work is predestined (for simple animations, however, totally oversized).
