IBM variant would suffice? What does its graphics card? Mac is always better? I've heard that some users problems with the graphics card of NVIDIA Mac. It is clear to me that a laptop really is no substitute for a permanent station. The computer must for me mobile.
For any Inpu / Kick thoughts, I thank you in advance best.

There is no IBM notebooks or laptops anymore. The division has been completely outsourced, as their entire semiconductor division, four years ago and now the hot Lenovo. What is still unclear to me, IBM is the only company with no products or manufacturer sells more but still a giant in the economy is :-)

Moin,
after an IBM ThinkPad A31 and an IBM ThinkPad X40 I have eight weeks, a Lenovo ThinkPad T61 purchased.
From around the mechanics are still a different class than the entire rest of the group and win as synonymous MacBooks.
The service is still in the same shop in Heppenheim made as IBM periods. Even if he should be worse, he would be still better than the rest
My experience from my notebook Dealers Time:
The few cases guarantee that I've settled, were sending through the parts (keyboards, mostly by children playing abgehebelte keys) within 24 hours of free fixed.
In a large Japanese manufacturer, from the electronic music known: One Chicken, 14 days waiting for KV, 140 ¬, faxed back, three weeks waiting on device.
At the IBM Service has never been asked why the off button or the CTRL-button auto fire there (Coke Schwapper). They have the parts sent, keyboard switch in 15 minutes, a customer happy.
