Newsmeldung von slashCAM: Through Compact Flash 40MB / s Wall of Sound rudi - 22 Feb 2007 12:02:00 Probably synonymous to the new SDHC initiative with something that now has a new Lexar UDMA Compact Flash format, which is significantly faster file access possible. The first cards are already achieve constant data rates up to 45 MB / s. However, there are no devices that support UDMA. As the synonymous that is always exciting to see that Flash is already able to offer a data rate, the number of video operations for more than thick enough (DVC PRO HD as needed just 10 MB / s). Because of course, one wonders whether P2 as proprietary (and not exactly cheap) format in its current form is still attractive.
It is probably only a matter of time until a manufacturer of consumer camcorders simply an SD or Compact Flash slot and installs the user the choice of compression format leaves.
