Hello,
with my TV card (Pinnacle PCTV), I have included a couple of films available now in DVD compliant format.
Now I would like a compilation of the authors and Encore movies have them accordingly imported as assets. The really important but there is no sound clip into Encore of himself. Neither in the preview, even in the timeline or anywhere :-( The other films all work. When I said the clip normally play with Windows Media Player, etc. The sound is there - so everything paletti.
The problem is known, there is a workaround, or has anyone a tip for me?

The following is struck me: If I test as a DVD Creating a folder with the clip and the VOB file then wants to play in Virtualdub, comes before the query:
"Multiple Audio Streams Found / Choose s.audio stream" for Choice will be "Dolby AC3 Audio" and "MPEG1 audio stream. Of these two, it's only the Dolby AC3 sound again .. ?

Exactly the same problem I have synonymous. If you now have found a solution, would be great if you could post here shortly.
Otherwise, perhaps someone else knows what you can do there?
