Thanks for the quick answers! The file runs with choppy movements, horizontal stripes are not about to see.
The idea with the defragmenting, I'll test at home times. However, when the notebook only just ran a defrag (last week) and the problem has appeared there anyway.
've Found here in the forum a statement that the "quality" slider that appears by default at 100%, on lower levels could solve a similar problem. It probably helps to play with these parameters? Do you have experience there?

I think because I had previously understood what was wrong, I thought the notebook is used only to play, but apparently you have been synonymous, the movie creation on the notebook.
