Hi,
if I cut of my computer (Vista 64 business, 8 GB RAM, 3.0 GHz Dual Core, GB Ethernet, FireFox) try a file (<500 MB) to upload to Vimeo, the progress indicator jumps in a few seconds to 93% etc. , And remains there are. Turning the firewall helps nothing.
For the same network from the laptop with XP is without any problems.
What can that be?

've just times with IU 32 and IU 64 probiert.
IE 64 would like to get Flash 10 installed, but it is not 64bit, IE32 is synonymous in seconds to 98% and hangs there for 30 minutes.
