I have a wedding video in Mini DV aufgenahmen, and wanted to send my brother to the USA, have tried the DVD of the NTSC to PAL zuwandeln, but man needs a very very long time, a friend asked has told me that I send a VHS though sol This is the PAL does not matter, I know not whether there really is so,

A DVD or a video file could be synonymous Your brother, however, watch s.Computer synonymous. There, the TV norm does not matter synonymous is an American computer play PAL DVDs.
