only sound no picture

I've now been the VLC Media Player on my hard drive.
He always ran normally, but today I wanted to watch something I heard only the sound and picture was black. Sometimes you can see a picture scraps, but this remains and then gets weird colors and the sound is just next.
What is the reason?
've Tried umpteen times to re-install with codecs of any kind, it helps nothing.
Has a ne idea?

Another addition:
Grade I have a DVD into DVD drive and see done because he plays it with the VLC Media Player!
So work only the files not the hard drive of the play!

Basically, free software player lizensrectlichen reasons coded CSS (copy) files.
