Dear DV editing colleagues
I have the following problem and hope that I can help someone:
Currently I am trying with the Effect Malleffekte -> Vector Paint "CS4 Adobe After Effects a shadow in my repair material. The material is in HDTV resolution (1920x1080 progressive) before.
As soon as I use the eyedropper to Choice of Color, the program will crash (no feedback). The recording pipette can, but when I click around the color set, then it crashes ...
Since I do not have this problem with other materials, I am assuming that it is s.Material. Does anyone have this problem can happen and help me? Do you need more information about hardware, software or Camera?
For a solution of the problem I would be really grateful!

If the material avchd?
Then in AE CS4 to some problems.
Convert the clip, which is to edit in DVCProHD around, then everything works smoothly.

Now I have heard that the problem could be synonymous s.Windows Vista. What do you think?

I want to edit in AE cut the film. And no, it is a licensed full version. All other effects and editing function synonymous synonymous with this material properly. Only the individual time effects caused the crash!
