Frage von soundtextures:Hello Slashcam forum,
we work long and very happy with Vegas.
For a television contribution, we must now rausgeben but a file that either export to Mpeg 50mbit P @ ML 4:2:2 i-frame is only - program stream, or a D10/IMX format.
Unfortunately I do not come next. In MPEG-export, I can not enter those settings and if I use it as a *. MXF file store, takes me to the station format does not.
Any idea?
Gruß,
Tom

What do you mean? Deny as the MXF container format? That is actually a common standard (in MXF IMX D10), especially for broadcasters? That would be synonymous exactly the format that provides SonyeVTR than IMX player would require.
Where exactly is the problem with the output as a MPEG-2? In the Render dialogue needs the profile to high profile be changed because of the Main Profile 4:2:2 provides no. The level is on Main Level set to stay.

Thanks Marco,
But that is precisely the problem.
The only MPEG container. I already had a MXF file uploaded and was of a very unfriendly engineers noted that format they do not support.
But thank you for the tip with the High Level - again something learned.
The problem in Vegas is quite simply explained.
I start with a preset standard Pal / IMX. Get me my uncompressed avi files.
If I choose MainConcept MpegII example and create a preset with the data OutputType: DVD, 720x576, 25fps, 4:3,12 I-frames, 0B-frames, insert marker, High Profile, Main Level, Upper Field First, Video Quality: High - yes I do " only "9.800bps - times I let off Advanced settings - everything works.
But I brauch halt 50.000bps and that's just in a different preset - but because if I change the image size and other settings as above suppose, I always get an error message that it does not work and the error can not be explained.
Any idea?
Greeting from each forum,
Tom
