Hello!
Does anyone know why my AJA under 8.0. Great runs, but below 8.1. nothing is nothing? (Operating system Vista 64 bit, I do just capturing SDI)

Vegas 8.1 provides no AJA SDI support. That's - unfortunately - to the "Known Issues" of version 8.1.

I see it as a first, if modest step synonymous.
Full 64-bit support appears throughout the video editing is still in its infancy to connect. There are relatively few drivers and plugins that run on 64 bit (full) supported.
This will now presumably all developed fairly quickly.

As I said, I stand at the moment as the sow bissl new front door :-).
I must first look / how much computer time I debug between two 8.0 and 8.1 so can save (2 x Quad-Calculator) for about 50 to 60 minute news programs in the most "negative" Render time (preferably in MPEG1/2/4 export.
If the difference in like a hour program in computing for more than about 5 min, I would look if I capture in 8.0, and will next work in 8.1. ? Should it go as an interim solution?

For my future projects is the render time, however, the main argument. Detailed tests do I have yet to make.
