I am looking for a program s.liebsten Mac or Windows, with whom I can crop an existing video. So, the video is to s.end 320x240 pixels in size, but now is more and therefore scale with Youtube.
It should not be editing of the program scaled but full in size, but with a selectable cut are shown.
With Apple's Final Cut, you can move the center of the way I needed, but this can only work in 720x567 pixels, I've heard. So the program is not easy to scale the video to 320x240, but only an arbitrary cut in the size of show ... :)
Someone an idea?

Every sensible editing program should be one
pruning - or have neudeutsch
crop function. On Windows, for example, could use the freeware VirtualDub for that.
