How is this supposed to go? Where is because the program know exactly what you want? In After Effects, there are, inter alia, the SoundKeys plug-in from Trapcode home ... I do not know whether you have AFX ..

Then the person just missing a prerequisite. So now is the time. It may not be synonymous every play drums or dance.
If you're stubborn, but at a stroke of the bass or snare drum cut, then I wonder just what you da überhaupt tact need. You hear just frame by frame before the cut and will then be made to the correct stroke. Soon you will then identify the rhythm and then have to be in addition only the frames count. I'm going now just assume that you are in your program each frame individually can listen.

My idea was that in Premiere, perhaps certain decibel limits upwards and below may ... and everything s.diese peaks "suggests," is once AUTOMATICALLY intersection as "recognized"? Whether s.dieser then the body makes sense or not ... yes you could individually, in retrospect, and decide which one or another brand if necessary, to delete it. Surely there is such a "professional programs" that can accomplish (!?), but my question was yes for Premiere.

Another trick. Extend the clip around and make double the music so that the pitch is maintained. (with speed / time)
The whole thing then zwischenrendern and then you have not 25 frames for 3 but cuts of 50 frames.
This makes it easier
If you think 3 Cutting at 25 frames are much more then take a look at the times
