I would be the person in the respective pictures are free, then the movement of the camera in the current video track and then the Indemnified Person with the motion of the video image then put into the picture, where they "stehenblieb".
This then is repeated at every stop.
Move the camera, however, too strong and will remain next to the remaining person still long to see in the picture, then you can see the trick. Finally, the perspective of the person is still in the above approach unchanged.

Of course you can but synonymous in other editing or composing-Progs. apply in the direction of professional go.
