Hi Forum,
Since we have about another 20 old-fashioned Video8 cassettes with family memories (since about 20 years untouched) in a cupboard in the basement in total darkness and store the tapes finally clearing up again when the "light of the world" had seen, I made this so quickly as possible to play. That's why I am here in the forum and made clever of the "Mark" created extremely helpful link to the best analog tape transfer learned. Since I now know that I am first a Digital8 camcorder care needs of Video8/Hi8-Kompatibel, I can unfortunately not right away. But during my search on Ebay for a used Digi8 camcorder, I have other thoughts in his head went:

Once I get a camcorder and have all my tapes into my PC eindigitalisiert, I would like my pictures, where appropriate, of course, cut and for the future in the digital state as storing lossless.
