Now have no DV tape in front of me .... But often there is a small notch on the underside of the tape between the two pulleys. If you are careful with a pen or pencil reindrüclst, then wrap the band released. Normally the fact locked when the tape is not in the camcorder, so that the tape does not solve all of.

The Arrettierung of the band coil only prevents unintentional unwinding, while the roll of tape material herausgezogenem always possible.
It requires, however, a suitable tool to select one of the coil to rotate. A non-magnetic Torx screwdriver size T-30 is ideal.
