The firewire card seems to be installed correctly. I can synonymous videos on the capture card.
I did it with the supplied program of Panasonic (Sweem Movie Life or something like that) and tried get the message that either the tape is too short (which is definitely not the case) or an internal error in the camera occurred.

According to your Panasonic Camera only has a DV output.
So zurueckspielen on the tape does not work. No idea whether you can unlock. Because times had to google.
