c) In what a medium is stored? On an analog Hi8 or Video8 tape.
d) Can I (how?) stored in my computer (Windows XP) go? Since you have an analog, is expected to transfer to the PC is relatively difficult, since the material before you still need digitizer. On the subject of data on the PC. Some of Sony Hi8Cams Have firewire, I do not know now exactly how it looks in your model, otherwise you would need a converter or an editing / Tvkarte which often have Chinceingänge you need.

The V5000/V6000 were very nice cameras, and Hi8-field in what many wanted, really nice manual Optics. Off of 9000 in DV format. Instead of 6000 I had an S-VHS-shoulder camera is in use. The S-VHS, I had last year again as it used to cut a couple of pictures fell, ansonten HDV Camera and SD KartenCam used so badly cut and the picture does not even analog, with a 4:3 in the final DVD.
In Camera easily via capture card digitizer, recording on Hi8 tapes, (NiCd - why not more often, but can be replaced by third-party will be). Very important synonymous with Hi8, a Reinigungstape for real emergencies.

It is quite possible that this is a Digital8-acting, I did it probably because of the tapes I orientation s.den, confused because the have the same size.

That's right! Some Digital8 can synonymous Hi8 and Video8 to play.
When SonyV6000 is but a Hi8 and such usually have no FireWire port.
The transfer via RCA cable into a capture card the PC would be a possibility, but such sign (TV)-cards are usually the same in compressed MPEG-2 format. A post is therefore with the most cutting programs not readily available and frame not exactly synonymous. Normally would be the best converter, the signal as little as possible as compressed DV-AVI output.

Actually, any editing program with more recent data Mpeg2 work. So this is not a problem umbedingt. Otherwise, just another Digital8 Camera caput to buy ;-)
