One question that
'm currently a media archive to create.
Ie have Windows Media Center PC, the night will be by car, the MCE Buddy DVRMS converted to WMV.
Why WMV?
Because this format is very compatible with Office products,
especially with PowerPoint, synonymous to external computers.
Unfortunately, the WMV's not super cutting. Ie
sometimes lacking even one seconds forward or backward,
this is obviously not acceptable.
've tried the following programs,
everywhere more or less the same problem:
AVI-MPG-WMV Splitter
Boilsoft Video Splitter
ASF Cutter / ASF TOOLS
If I like something with Premiere as WMV rausspiele it is obviously exact.

You can. Wmv files with the following freeware frame accurate cut: You need to a 'asfbin' and secondly
'Cut Assistant'.
It goes like this:
You install 'Cut Assistant'. Then entzipst you somewhere 'asfbin'.
In 'Cut Assistant' you set in the options where the path 'asfbin' is.
That's it. Now you can put in Cut Assistant. Wmv files and frame accurate cutting. Geht echt supergut!
