Hello!
I would like a 2:37 min long video in WMV render. It should be that on pretty much every PC has never run any codec installed. The Resolutionist 1280x1024 or 1280x1050 with 30fps each.
My PC: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.6 GHz, 4gb ram, Windows Vista Home Premium, After Effects 7 and about 700 gb of free disk space
When I render WMV he wants to break with an error message after about 13 sec movie s.with the error that it needs more memory (always around 5mb). According to surveillance is the Ramauslastung but only at 80%
I have AE synonymous in a paging file made with 20gb. Has nothing but synonymous!
But if I render in uncompressed AVI does it. But then the video around 17GB.
Is there any setting I have to do so or that is simply what I do wrong?

WMV uses temporal compression, there are always several frames in memory. If 4GB synonymous but not the problem. With any certainty Vista shit. Alternatives are well connected with pay. The free tools make all SD Resolutions. So rummage times under Sorenson Squeeze, ProCoder LE or the like. Otherwise you could be s.den maximum data rates and things like CBR / VBR rumschrauben. but nothing will. And with the memory capacity forget quite quickly. Neither any version of Windows or OSX to report the accurate, because certain system libraries and operating system functions with nowhere eingerechntet be ... As you quickly run into the mistaken whom NDU since you tuned festkrallst.

I have now with a virtual calculator VirtualPC with WinXP and created only 500MB Ram.
Now he's just been completed with render. Has lasted 50min but it worked!
Now I am just curious whether the video to other computers still running synonymous

Nope. AE comes with 4GB prima cope. The question must halt, if there any codecs or DLLs under Vista s.UAC & Co. does not come. or different function calls which are linked ... The only thing I think of are just some Einstellunegn in Windows Media Player itself (hardware acceleration and sowas ...) things between heaven and earth, man & machine ... * g *

Synonymous I use the Windows Media Encoder. As you can all resolutions, aspect ratios, data rates ... completely manual input
